  • Do you have little things that you’d like to accomplish during the day that with just a little oomph you could get done?
  • It just feels better when we don’t feel alone in our questioning, our challenges, or our celebrations!
  • Could you use a little boost in this area?

Here, we set goals. We challenge ourselves. We Celebrate our Wins and Offer Support for our Loses. Goals as simple as, “Dang it, I’m going to put that paper in its file folder” to “I am going to turn on some music and dance” to “I’m going to take a first step to train for a marathon by getting off my couch”. We’re not EVER looking for things that are unattainable. But we are here to help you along your journey!

Here, we do baby steps, DUMB goals (don’t know what they are? Join the group!), offer an ear and an open heart. Here, there’s no judgement. Only compassion and curiosity about our differences.
