Chakra Realignment

Our bodies are home to seven basic chakras through which energy flows. Chakras spin much like the gears in a machine: clockwise, counterclockwise, clockwise, and so on, allowing our life force to flow freely. When one chakra is blocked, it creates a bottleneck of energy in our energetic systems. This leaves the body open to dysregulation. When the body has difficulty regulating itself, illness or dis-ease can occur. Therefore, it is helpful to understand what emotional and physical qualities correlate with our energy centers and how to maintain open, freely spinning chakras.

Using tuning forks, sound vibration is used at the sites of the seven major chakras, as well as the Earth and Soul Star chakras, to increase frequency, release blockages, balance, and realign your energy field.
